Summer Camp Offerings are on the website and individual camp applications have been posted.
2018-2019 Family Passes:  The Athletic Department will sell family, individual and student passes for entry into all home Watkins Memorial and Watkins Middle School events.  Applications are available under the athletic form tab and passes will be available from the Athletic Department starting  Tuesday, August 7, 2018.  
Continue to watch the website for fall tryout information.   Remember, all athletes must have a current physical in order to tryout for a team.
The Athletic Department will hold the OHSAA Fall Sports Meeting on Thursday, August 2, 2018 in the high school auditorium.  The High School meeting will be held at 6 PM followed by the Middle School at 7 PM.  Parents and athletes are asked to attend.  Pay to participate fees can be paid at this meeting for only sports where cuts will not be made.
Pay to Participate for the 2018-2019 School Year is as follows:
  • High School Athletes - $171.00
  • Middle School Athletes - $80.00 

After your athlete has made a team, payments may be made at the high school athletic office starting Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM.

Nominations are always accepted for the Athletic Hall of Fame.   Criteria and nomination forms are available under the helpful links to the right of this page.  
Lifetime Passes are also available for our SWL community members 60 years of age and older.  This pass allows the card holder free entrance into all home high school and middle school contests.  Stop by the athletic office to pick up a pass.
  We are very excited that Southwest Licking Local School District has partnered with FinalForms, and on-line program which will enable you and your student to complete and file your athletic forms electronically.  FinalForms is immediately available for all students.  The ONLY form that you are still required to actually print, complete and file in the Athletic Department, is the actual OHSAA Physical form.  The physical form must be completed by the doctor and by law we are required to have a signed copy on file.  Once your student's physical is received the the athletic department we will input the expiration date into FinalForms and then you will receive automatic notifications when your student's forms need to be updated.
Click on the Parent Registration guide to get started in FinalForms.  This link is also available on the Southwest Licking Schools (  web pages.  We are asking that ALL student-athletes (grades 7-12) use FinalForms.  Even if your student's current physical paperwork does not expire until after the new school year begins, please register @ now and electronically complete all the forms!




Watkins Memorial Athletic Department has a new feature!!  Access all of our schedules on your mobile device.  Download the Big Teams app from your App Store and select Watkins Memorial High School.  This app will also provide up to date information regarding schedule changes as they happen.
