STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR SWLS
Registration for your students in the Southwest Licking Local School District can be done at the School District Office at 927 South Street, Pataskala, Ohio 43062.  Registration is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Registration forms are available under the ABOUT US  section on our website.  We are currently enrolling students for the 2013-2014 school year. Kindergarten for the 2013-2014 school year will remain a half day program and these students must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2013.  Please call 927-3941 if you have questions. Please bring the following documents:
  • Original Birth Certificate (with seal)
  • Shot Record
  • Proof of Residency (deed/lease + utility bill or 2 utility bills) 
  • Custody/Legal Documentation
