Don Huber, Board President, is a retired Academic Dean and Professor of Church History at Trinity Lutheran Seminary. He and his wife, Shirley, have three children who attended Southwest Licking Schools.

Cindy Zaino, Board Vice President, and her husband, John, live in Harrison Township, and have two daughters who attend SWL schools. Cindy has degrees in education and public relations and has experience in both the public and private sector.

Dave Engel, is an Assistant Principal from Tri-Valley High School. He and his wife, Joanie, reside in Kirkersville. Their two children attended Southwest Licking Schools.

Debra Moore is a stay-at-home mom that continues to work part-time in the field of Developmental Disabilities. Debra and her husband Pete have been married five years, and they have three young children under the age of five who will attend Southwest Licking Schools. Debra has lived in the school district for 8 years.
