The Southwest Licking Schools and our Board of Education believes in the fullest and best use of the physical facilities of the citizens of the district. Use of the facilities by both school and student connected activities, as well as by community organizations and groups, is encouraged. The use of school facilities for educational and recreational purposes, public meetings, entertainment and political meetings by outside agencies is permitted.
Note: The use of buildings and facilities to fulfill the educational objectives of the school shall have preference over all of the other requests.

Persons and organizations requesting the use of Southwest Licking Schools’ facilities must provide a certificate of liability insurance and proof of non-profit designation if applicable, before rental requests can be approved.
