Step One - Online Pre-Registration
You can complete the online K-12
application from any device. You will be instructed to create a login and password to save your information so you can return at a later date if necessary (for completion, or to reschedule your appointment). Once you have completed all questions within the online form, a detailed checklist will be provided to save/print so you can be aware of what documentation will be required to enroll your student. On the final page of the website, you will select an appointment date and time to meet with the Registrar. If you have any questions, please call 740-927-3941.
Step Two – Enrollment Appointment with the
Appointments for K-12 registration will be at our District
Office, located at 927-A South Street in Pataskala. Your child is welcome
to come, but it is not required; please allow 15-30 minutes of your time once
we get started. Please be sure to have ALL documentation with you as
required to complete enrollment or you may be asked to return at a later date
to submit the rest of your information. Students are unable to be assigned
to a classroom by the building staff until ALL paperwork has been
verified. At that point in time, we can establish the date your student
will have their first day of school at SWL!
Please note: If a delay or closing occurs for SWL Schools
due to inclement weather, appointments will be canceled accordingly. In
the case of a delay, all appointments prior to 10am will be canceled.
With a closing, all appointments for the day will be canceled. In these
cases, notification will be sent to the email address provided for the Primary
Guardian on how to reschedule.
