Kandee Engle works at the Arthur N. Ulrich Company as a technical sales and customer support specialist. She is a 1990 graduate of Watkins Memorial High School. Kandee and her husband, Dan, have twin daughters who are the fourth generation to attend Southwest Licking Schools.

Michael Miller is a Human Services Developer for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Michael and his wife, Erin, have two children currently attending Southwest Licking Schools.

Debra Moore, Vice-President, is proudly serving in her 4th term as a board member.  Deb has three active kids in the SWL school district and a husband who often volunteers as a coach.  Deb works full time in the field of Developmental Disabilities.

Catherine Spindler is serving their third term, elected to the Southwest Licking Board of Education. She and her husband Ryan have lived in the district for 26 years. Together, they have three children who have either attended or are currently attending Southwest Licking schools. Catherine's oldest child is currently a teacher in the district. Catherine works full time as a Program Manager in Operations for Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.
